Weird, Indeed 

Ok, today I noticed a very strange referral: "How to calculate vacuum pressure for manufacture of pasta". If someone is really interested in these issues, I strongly suggest to get some engineering book and not to rely on the Net.

In the pasta factory where I worked, everything was at atmospheric pressure (except the extruder, of course) but other plants may use different solutions.
